Information submitted through this website including prescription refill requests, appointment bookings, and clinical intake forms is used solely for the purpose of providing your pharmacy care and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Personal health information collected online is recorded, filed, and stored using the same secure systems as information collected in person at our pharmacy. Access is restricted to authorized pharmacy staff directly involved in your care.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, the regulatory body responsible for pharmacy professionals and pharmacies in Ontario. The College can be reached at ocpinfo.com.
